These terms govern your access to and use of websites, mobile apps, and games published by SISdar Apps and developed by Sweta Prakash. By downloading or using a product, you agree to these terms.
License
Each app or game is licensed, not sold. You may download and use it for personal entertainment, productivity, or informational purposes on devices you own or control, subject to Apple App Store or Google Play rules.
Accounts and third-party services
Some products let you connect third-party accounts (for example Google) to enable backups, cloud features, or sign-in. You are responsible for keeping those accounts secure and for complying with the third party’s terms. Content you store in third-party services (such as Google Photos) remains under that provider’s policies.
Your content
You retain ownership of photos, media, and other content you process with our apps. You grant us only the limited permission needed to provide the features you request (for example uploading selected photos to your linked Google Photos account).
Subscriptions and purchases
Paid features, subscriptions, and in-app purchases are billed by Apple or Google. Prices, free trials, and renewal terms are shown in the store listing or purchase sheet before you confirm. Manage or cancel renewals in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Virtual items (games and apps)
In-app or in-game items, currencies, rewards, boosts, subscriptions, and unlocks are virtual, have no cash value outside the product, and may be modified or discontinued. Balances and availability may change at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, hack, cheat, reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the website, app, or game. Unauthorized use may result in access restrictions.
Ownership and intellectual property
Apps, games, branding, artwork, characters, interfaces, and software belong to SISdar Apps, the developer, or applicable rights holders and are protected by law. Trademarks, logos, and product experiences may not be used without permission.
This website
sisdarapps.co.in is provided for information, product access, and support. Product pages may include placeholders until a listing is published. GameSprite and other hosted tools are provided “as is” and may change or go offline for maintenance.
Disclaimer
The website, apps, and games are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Performance may vary based on device, operating system, network conditions, and third-party services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher and developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the website, app, or game.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Store-specific terms from Apple or Google may also apply when you download an app or game from those stores.
Changes to terms
We may modify these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
