This policy applies to websites, mobile apps, and games published by SISdar Apps and developed by Sweta Prakash. Not every product uses every feature below — each app or game only collects what it needs to work.

This website
The public marketing pages do not use an account system. If you use the contact form, your name, email, topic, and message are sent to sisdarapps@gmail.com through a form email service so we can reply. We do not run our own server-side form database. Theme preference (light/dark) may be stored in your browser’s local storage only. The admin catalog tool is for SISdar staff only and is not intended for public use.
Information we may collect in apps and games
- Device and diagnostics — device model, OS version, crash logs, and performance data
- Analytics — anonymous or aggregated usage events (for example feature opens or purchase funnel steps)
- Advertising identifiers — where ads are shown, subject to platform limits and your device settings
- Purchase status — subscription or in-app purchase entitlements handled by Apple or Google
- Account information you provide — such as an email when you sign in with Google or contact support
- Content you choose to process — for example photos you select for backup in products like Picvio
- Gameplay and progress data — scores, levels, settings, or virtual item state stored on device or with platform services
Google Sign-In and Google services
Some apps (including Picvio) let you connect a Google account. When you do, we request only the permissions needed for the feature you enable. For Picvio, that means:
- Basic profile information (name, email address) to identify the linked account
- Add photos and videos you select to your Google Photos library (
photoslibrary.appendonly) - View and manage only the albums and media Picvio created in your Google Photos library (
photoslibrary.readonly.appcreateddata)
Picvio cannot see photos it did not upload. We do not sell your Google account data. Tokens are used to perform actions you request (for example backing up photos to your own Google Photos account). You can disconnect Google Sign-In in the app and revoke access in your Google Account permissions at any time.
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Photos and media on your device
Apps that work with your camera roll request photo library permission to display, select, or process media you choose. Photos remain yours. Backup products upload media to services you authorize (such as your Google Photos account), not to a SISdar Apps media server for resale or advertising.
Ads, analytics, and store services
Depending on the product, we may use:
- Google AdMob (advertising in free apps or games)
- Firebase Analytics or similar crash and analytics tools
- Apple App Store / Google Play billing and distribution services
- Google Play Services or Apple platform frameworks required for Sign-In, push, or store features
Those providers process data under their own policies. You can limit ad personalization in your device settings where the platform allows it.
How we use information
- Operate and improve apps, games, and this website
- Provide backups, sync, account-linked, or gameplay features you turn on
- Process purchases and restore entitlements
- Measure stability, fix bugs, and understand feature or gameplay usage
- Show ads in products that include advertising
- Respond to support requests
We do not sell personal information.
Data retention and your choices
- Revoke Google permissions in your Google Account and sign out inside the app
- Delete the app or game to remove local data stored on your device
- Manage subscriptions in Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings
- Email sisdarapps@gmail.com for privacy questions or deletion requests related to information we control
We aim to respond within 48 hours.
Children’s privacy
Our apps, games, and this website are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, email sisdarapps@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps.
Jurisdiction
SISdar Apps operates from India. These practices are intended to comply with applicable Indian law and with the privacy rules of the Apple App Store and Google Play. Information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the website, apps, or games after an update means you accept the revised policy.
